How can I start playing?

To play on WPT Global, please download and install the app on your device. Once this step is completed, you can register a Player Account, accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and deposit funds to start playing.

How do I change my personal details?

If you made a typo during registration, or your personal details have changed, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and our Customer Support team will assist you.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please open the app and click on the Forgot password button to reset it.

How do I close my account?

If you would like to close your Player Account, kindly contact our Customer Support team at [email protected]. Please note that you will not be allowed to register a new account once the existing one is closed as every player is limited to one account only.

I will be out of the country for a while. Can I still play poker from another region?

You can play poker on WPT Global anywhere that we are licensed to operate (100 countries and dependencies). You will not be allowed to access the app if you travel to a jurisdiction from which it is not legal to play.

Can I use a poker tracker and/or any HUD with my account?

No, we do not allow third party tools on WPT Global.

What is the first deposit bonus?

You will receive a 100% match deposit bonus when depositing for the first time - a minimum of $20 up to $1,200. Your bonus is unlocked in $5 increments for every $20 in rake contribution through playing tournaments or cash games and is credited straight to the cashier. You can see all active bonuses you have in the Bonus Centre section of your Profile.

Deposits

How do I deposit?

To deposit you will need to log into your Player Account and go to the Cashier page. Click the 'Deposit' button to see all payment methods available to you.

My deposit has not reached my Player Account

Please allow a few minutes for your deposit to become visible in your Player Account. In rare cases, there might be delays between banks and providers receiving your request and funds being made available. You can always check to see whether funds have been debited from your bank account, credit card, wallet etc. We might need a proof of payment to be able to check for a missing deposit.

Do you charge any fees on deposits?

We do not charge fees for deposits.

What deposit methods are currently available?

Players can deposit to their WPT Global account using a variety of payment methods (depending on region) including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, instant bank transfer, prepaid vouchers and a wide range of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and many more. Major E-wallets like Neteller, Skrill, Muchbetter and Luxonpay are also available (excluding Ontario).

How do I deposit using Cryptocurrency?

To deposit using crypto, you will need to have a crypto wallet with coins in it. Log in to your WPT Global Player Account and go to the Cashier. Click 'Deposit' and choose 'Cryptoprocessing' from the options available. Select the currency you wish to deposit with and enter the desired amount in USD. In the next step, you will be given a unique address to which to send the crypto. You will then need to send the crypto from your wallet to the address provided and wait for the deposit to go through.

How do I deposit using Skrill?

To deposit using Skrill, you need to create and verify an account with them. You can then add funds to your Skrill eWallet using a variety of methods. To deposit on WPT Global, log in to your Player Account and go to the Cashier. Click 'Deposit' and choose Skrill from the options available. Follow the on-screen instructions to make your deposit.

How do I deposit using Neteller?

To deposit using Neteller, create and verify an account with them. You can then add funds to your Neteller eWallet using a variety of methods. To deposit on WPT Global, log in to your Player Account and go to the Cashier. Click 'Deposit' and choose Neteller from the options available. Follow the on-screen instructions to make your deposit.

Withdrawals

How do I withdraw funds from my Player Account?

To request a withdrawal, you will need to log into your Player Account and go to the Cashier page. You will see the 'Withdraw' button; click on it to choose the correct payment method and the amount you would like to withdraw.

Why havent I received my withdrawal?

You can always check the status of your withdrawal under your 'transaction history' section. You should receive the requested amount within 1 to 5 working days.

Do you charge any fees on withdrawals?

We do not charge fees for withdrawals.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?

Withdrawals may be rejected if requested to be made to a different payment method than that with which you made your deposit.

Why can I not withdraw my original deposit?

You must wager the full amount of your deposit at least one time before requesting a withdrawal, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. Once you do this, you can request your funds using the same method you used to deposit.

Account Verification

Why do I need to verify my account?

As a licensed Operator that abides by the law and applicable regulations, we have to establish the identity of our players and therefore require some documentation to verify your Player Account.

What documents do I have to submit for my account verification?

For your account verification, we will need you to provide documents such as a valid ID card, passport, drivers license, utility bill, proof of your deposits and/or other documentation. The documents provided must be clear photos with all four corners visible, and the utility bill required for address verification must not be more than 3 months old. We do not accept black and white copies or partial documents. Payment cards must be pictured clearly, front and back. How long does it take for my account to be verified?

Our aim is to verify your Player Account as soon as possible and within 72 hours from the moment you have submitted all the required documents in the correct format.

My antivirus is blocking pop-ups: how do I fix it?

You can allow pop-ups on Safari in Preferences > Security by unchecking 'Block pop-up windows'. In Chrome, you can set your preferences in Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects. You can allow pop-ups on Android by going to our page and choosing 'Always show' at the bottom.

Firefox warns you when it has prevented a pop-up window from opening click 'Options' to choose to allow them or add our site to the list of 'Exceptions' in Settings > Privacy & Security > Permissions. For Internet Explorer, turn pop-up blockers on and off by going to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Pop-up Blocker and for Microsoft Edge, you will find these permissions under Settings > Site permissions.

Why am I getting a driver error when downloading WPT Global?

If you are receiving a driver error message when trying to download the WPT Global App, please click here for instructions on how to update your graphics card driver to solve the issue.

Is this download safe for my computer?

Yes. The download is secure and will only install WPT Global on your device.

The app is not responding.

If you experience any issues with the app, we advise you to clear your cache and cookies as a first step. If the problem persists, please delete and download the app again on your device. Mobile app updates

To avoid experiencing issues, always accept a request to update our app. We release new updates frequently, so please make sure you have the latest version installed.

I’m trying to download WPT Global on Windows and receiving the error message ‘Unable to execute file in the temporary directory’. How do I resolve this?

In order to download WPT Global you must be an administrator on your PC. Please go to your downloads folder, right click on WPT Global and select ‘Run as administrator’ to proceed.

Poker Games

What is a Flight tournament?

A tournament with flights is where there are many qualifying rounds (or day 1s) that filter into the condensed day 2 or final day. Generally, the top X% (typically 10-20%) will qualify for the final day from each flight. Once a flight reaches this percentage of players remaining, it will automatically stop, and all remaining players will move onto the final day (typically with whatever chip stack they finished with). Flights can also conclude based on:

• Levels
• Time
• Number of players remaining

In some flights, no prizes will be awarded, and in others, there can be prizes for the flight days. Once all the flights have concluded, a final day will start as per the schedule. Make sure to check the WPT Global MTT Lobby to find out when your final day starts!

You buy into the flight for the full buy-in amount, and you cannot buy directly into the final day. Generally, you can enter more than one flight for the same tournament. If you qualify more than once for the final day, your best (biggest) chip stack will be the one you start the final day with (all of your other chip stacks will be removed from the final day automatically).

What is a satellite tournament?

A satellite tournament is where you can attempt to win your way into a larger tournament for a smaller percentage of the buy-in. Typically the cost of entry to a satellite will be 10-20% of what the larger tournament costs. Satellite tournaments can award more than 1 entry into the larger tournament, depending on how many entries the satellite gets. For example, an $11 ($10 + $1) satellite tournament will pay out 1 entry to a $110 ($100 + $10) tournament for every 11 players that enter the satellite.

Some satellites pay out generic tickets of a certain value, instead of direct entry to a specific tournament, which can be used for any tournament with a buy-in of that value.

What is a guaranteed tournament?

A guaranteed tournament is where there is a certain prize pool that is guaranteed to be paid out, no matter how many players have entered it. The prize pool can increase if the tournament gets enough entries, but it will not pay less than the guarantee. For example, if a $55 ($50 + $5) tournament with a $2,000 guarantee gets 22 entries, it will still pay out $2,000. If the same tournament got 63 entries, then it would pay out a total of $3,150 (63 x $50).

How do I use the tournament ticket/s from my Backpack?

To use your ticket/s go to the 'Tournaments' tab in the lobby, select a tournament with buy-in equal to the amount of your ticket and register for the tournament.

What hands are eligible for cash game jackpots?

Each jackpot table details the payouts available for each qualifying hand. A player must use both of their hole cards and hold the winning hand in order to be eligible for any jackpot payout.
